Born and raised in Hong Kong, Charles P.H. Wong entered the film industry since late 2017 as a videographer and DoP. Apart from commercial and corporate camera work, he also produced, directed and filmed cultural documentaries for NGOs such as DESIGN TRUST and THE COMMON MAP. His music video work gained recognition in 2022's TONE MUSIC FESTIVAL, where MY LAST GRIEF, a song created by Hong Kong local band IX was nominated for MV of the Year and Experimental MV of the Year.  In 2019, he graduated from City University of Hong Kong with a Media and Communication degree. Charles was admitted into the Canadian Society of Cinematographers as an affiliate member in 2022.
Charles speaks 3 languages: English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
In 2020, Charles established STUDIO DUNSTEIN with Jay Ng, a like-minded Producer-Director. Services the STUDIO provides include: Photography/Videography, Social Media Consultation / Management and Graphics Design and VR material capture. As COVID hits at the same year, the STUDIO has specialised in remote filming for overseas productions. 
Since establishment, the STUDIO has serviced institutions and businesses including Allianz, CASETiFY, Foodpanda, Prenetics, the English Schools Foundation, the Canadian International School of Hong Kong (CDNIS) and many more.
